Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every visit to Lotus Family Restaurant & Bar to be a happy one. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Table & Party Bookings
Table reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling us in advance. For birthday parties and large group bookings, please inform us at least 24 hours before to allow rescheduling.
Any advance or deposit paid for party bookings is adjustable against your final bill, subject to confirmation by our team.
2. Food Orders
As food is freshly prepared, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory item, please inform our staff immediately so we can make it right.
3. Delivery Orders
Orders placed through third-party delivery partners (such as Zomato or Swiggy) are governed by that partner's refund and cancellation policy.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time. For any concern, please reach out to us using the contact details below.
